1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing BillBexa or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use BillBexa on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Eligibility and Business Accounts

BillBexa is intended for lawful business and professional use. You must provide accurate account and organization information and keep it current. You are responsible for activities performed through your organization’s account and for ensuring that invited users comply with these terms.

3. Account Security

• Keep passwords, recovery methods and authentication credentials confidential.
• Assign appropriate roles and permissions to users in your organization.
• Notify BillBexa promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• Do not share individual user accounts unless the service expressly permits it.

4. Subscriptions, Trials and Renewals

Some BillBexa services may be offered through free trials or paid subscription plans. The features, usage limits, billing cycle and price applicable to your account will be shown when you subscribe or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled.

5. Fees, Taxes and Payment

You agree to pay applicable subscription and usage charges by their due date. Prices may exclude taxes, duties or government charges, which remain your responsibility where applicable. Failure to pay may result in restricted access, suspension or termination after any required notice period.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use BillBexa only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the service for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, access another customer’s data or disrupt the service.
• Introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic that materially affects performance.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service except where expressly permitted.
• Upload content that you do not have the right or authority to process.

7. Your Business Data

You retain ownership of the business data and content submitted to BillBexa. You grant BillBexa the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up and display that data for providing, securing and supporting the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and integrity of data submitted by your organization.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Your organization is responsible for providing necessary notices, obtaining required permissions and complying with data-protection obligations that apply to the information entered into BillBexa.

9. Third-Party Services

BillBexa may connect with payment gateways, email or SMS providers, banks, cloud services and other third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BillBexa is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet failures and circumstances outside our control may affect availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly affects paid customers.

11. Intellectual Property

BillBexa and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation, designs and related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription.

12. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party using reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of providing or receiving the service. This obligation does not apply to information that is public through no breach, independently developed or lawfully received from another source.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using BillBexa or cancel your subscription subject to the applicable plan conditions. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or overdue payment. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

14. Disclaimers

BillBexa is a business software platform and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing transactions, reports, calculations, filings and business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BillBexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or loss of business opportunity. Any aggregate liability will be subject to the limits stated in your applicable subscription or written service agreement.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law and jurisdiction identified in your BillBexa order form or other written service agreement. If no separate agreement applies, the governing law and dispute forum will be those applicable to the BillBexa contracting entity providing your service.
